The number of year-over-year home sales rose dramatically in Woodstock over the last year, with more than a 50% increase. While average Days on Market (DOM) was slightly higher than July 2013, both median price and price per square foot increased, and months’ supply dropped to slightly less than three months, indicating that demand is still strong for Woodstock real estate.

Roswell

Johns Creek High School is another sought-after north Atlanta real estate market, which is reflected in the nearly 10% increase in median sale price. Days on market also decreased dramatically, indicating that Johns Creek real estate is still a hot commodity.
