The number of homes listed jumped up from 144 to 216 in Woodstock, and from 407 to 537 in Cherokee County. Homes under contract saw a similar increase, from 128 up to 10 in Woodstock and 330 up to 442 in Cherokee County. The number of homes sold increased and the average number of days on market fell, reflecting the uptick in demand. While the sales price to list price ratio fell 1% in both Woodstock and Cherokee County, overall the local real estate market is going strong.
