As you’ll see in the chart below, home sales in Woodstock and Cherokee County are down from the previous month, but these are normal seasonal changes.┬áThe sales price to list price ratio even rose slightly, from 97% to 98%, reflecting the fact that while the winter months are slower for real estate, the buyers are often more motivated.
