The number of homes listed in Woodstock dropped from 167 to 130, and from 451 to 345 in Cherokee County. This is a typical seasonal change as many home sellers don’t want to deal with the hassle of showings and staging during the busy holiday season. The number of homes under contract increased in Woodstock, from 113 to 117, but fell in Cherokee County from 279 to 246. Homes sold also dropped off for both areas, from 137 to 101 in Woodstock and 326 to 277 in Cherokee County.

Average Days on Market increased slightly from 43 to 46 in Woodstock and 52 to 54 for the county, a fairly minimal change considering the time of year. Average Sales Price to List Price Ratio stayed about the same at 98.8% in Woodstock (compared to 98.6% the previous month). Average Sales Price in Woodstock jumped from $232,434 to $252,771, while Cherokee County jumped up from $231,288 to $252,973.
