The number of homes listed fell in both Woodstock and Cherokee County, from 181 to 167 and from 504 to 451, respectively. Woodstock’s number of homes under contract decreased from 135 to 113 and Cherokee County’s number fell from 336 to 279. Homes sold also decreased, from 142 to 137 in Woodstock and 332 to 326 in Cherokee County. These decreases are normal for the season, as the real estate “busy season” usually wraps up around the end of the summer.

Average number of days on market (DOM) decreased slightly in Woodstock, from 46 to 43, but increased slightly in Cherokee County, 49 to 52. The sales price to list price ratio increased slightly, from 98% to 98.6% in both markets.
